What is this app called, and where is the setting to not auto-add punctuation?

Hi there,
I can't really discover what this app is really called? (see photo)
Can someone tell me it's name?

Also,
It used to work perfectly, letting me vocally add punctuation by saying the correct command like "question mark" or "period"
but now it's guessing where to punctuate and adding random periods every where.

Is there a place to disable the auto-punctuation?

It's been a issue google text to speech
Uninstall the update to Google app and dont let it update

There's been a change in the way Google updates and I can't seem to find a way to keep the old Google Text to Speech (Green Circle )
from getting updated to the new one ( Blue Circle )

Have you noticed and maybe you have more advice on how to stop it from auto updating?

Now, I also can't find the auto update settings in Play Store, even though I believe I have it set to not auto update.
All other apps are asking to be updated but Google just does it without asking.

Try in play store , then tap 3 dots upper right corner make sure after uninstall don't auto update

That got it back to Green Icon but I'm not seeing the option to uncheck the box "Enable auto update"
My Android Version is 6.0.1
