S6 Edge WiFi problem

Hi , I have a problem with my new s6 edge with the wifi
it is connected to the network but verrrry slooooooooooow internet or sometimes no internet , all my other devices works great

I had the problem since two weeks
I notice that in my cousin's house I tried to connect to the 5 Ghz network and it worked ,, but on the 2.4 it doesn't

and now in my home it is not working

I did reset factory setting and tried evey thing I found on the websites , no luck

please HELP
