i flash 5.1.1 rom on my s6 duos, but 1sim work! why??

hi. i have s6 duos. i did flash some 5.1.1 rom, but everytime just 1 sim work for me!! sim 1 or sim 2. when i put 2sim into my phone, say no service and any sim can't work!! and when i put just 1 sim into sim1 slot or sim2 slot, it's work!
why i can fix it?? i want to use 2 sim at same time

Maybe the rom you installed doesn't have dual sim support.

yes i flash one sim version. a lot of people flash one sim version on 2sim version and it work for them!! but for me!
i gave my phone to warranty and they flash a rom on it and phone was still same as before and they said to me they want to change the phone for me, but it will take some week(
