brand new galaxy s6 problems

Hello everyone

i purchased a samsung galaxy s6 32gb 10 days ago, and when i installed facebook and tryied to watch a video on facebook from the phone, video is working well but it makes a weird noise like beeps ( like jamming sounds ) and on whatsapp when i call someone they hear me very slow and they hear like someone is knocking in the mic. I tryied factory reset, but no success
Normal calls and anything else is working perfectly

PS: If i open facebook on internet explorer ( not the fb app ) i can watch videos with no errors.

facebook app sucks. uninstall it and everything will go back to normal

i understand that this app sucks, but why whatsapp fails when i call, they cant hear me well. ( I have a great wi-fi connection )

Software problems with the App. It's not your phone if normal calls work fine.
