AT&T Software Update freezing

I have a the G920A and in my Applications Manager under the Running list is a AT&T Software update that is frozen so i can't stop it. I did a factory reset, that didn't work then i took the phone to AT&T Warranty people and the reset they did still didn't work. How can I stop this update, my phone calls now drop and sound like junk.

Have you tried reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch?
