It's OK to leave it on charge overnight. Recharge it when gets to about 40%. This will help elongate the life of the battery.

Don't overthink it. Just charge it when you need to for as long as you need to. By the time the battery deteriorates to beyond use, you'll be on another device. Just have fun with your device.

It's true that you can't overcharge lithium batteries, but they don't have a "memory"--that was with older nickel-based batteries.
