Galaxy S7 Stuck on safe mode after dropping in hotub

[AC Question]

So today I dropped my phone into a hot tub and it was only in for 30 seconds and didn't go in very deep. I got the " Moister detected in charging port " I was confused at first so I kept on restarting my phone to see if it was fixed and everytime I started it came up in safe mode thinking nothing of it I eventually fixed the charger port problem. But now it keeps on starting in safe mode. And I mean Every single freaking time. I've tried factory reset the power button plus the volume down the volume up power button and home button I literally think I've tried everything. So does anyone have an idea what's going on and if there even is a fix?
