Samsung S8 - Always have to input the phones PIN before answering and hanging up a call.

[Android Central Question]

For some reason, one of our user's cell phone (Galaxy S8 - Android 9) will always display the pin to unlock the phone first to answer a call and/or input the pin just to hang up. I think i went through all the settings on the phone I could but cannot figure out how to turn that off.

It's a company phone that's locked down. That app is not installed.

Can you go into settings and in the search bar type device administrator apps then tap on it and see what's listed?

So other company phones don't do this? Are you with the company's IT? If not, ask them if they're aware of any setting in the device management software that might be responsible.
