What is the best practice for charging the Tab's battery?

This probably just a general battery question but I'd still like to know...

Is it better to charge the battery only after you have worn it down to like 10% or can you just charge it every night no matter how much you used it during the day?

I'm not sure how these things affect overall battery life. Is it the number of charges regardless of how much you charge it each time?

Any experts out there?

I would suggest not charging until it notifies you that it needs to be charged. Probably wouldn't hurt if once a month you drained it all the way down to zero and fully recharged too, though I don't do this
