Digitizer wont work after self screen installed

I bought a new screen and lcd after it was broken in a argument... when it was cracked it came on and even moved but it was too cracked and glass got in my finger.. just changed both screen and lcd.. it comes on fine audio works but my finger touch does not work.. I opened it up check cable rebooted it ... also I opened it up 6x's ended up breaking a chip of black stuff on digitizer it wasnt workibg anyway.. do anyone has any ideas or suggestions

Did you find any solution I replacement both LCD and the digitalizer and stil dosen't work let it know here did you find any thing.
