Looking at putting a Sprint note 2 back on Sprint. Currently flashed

Im getting ready to buy a note 2 from a buddy of mine, thats currently flashed to ntelos. The phone has a clean sprint esn and I want to remove the ntelos flash and bring it back to the sprint network. Basically I'm looking for the answer to... What do I need to do to make this happen? Can anybody shoot me some info on it?

Not sure if true or not, but I called sprint. They stated that since the phone is cleared for sprint activation, that when somebody goes to activate it to sprint it will have no problem doing so, even though it is flashed right now
