Vanishing playlists.

Stock S3, using the stock music player that came on the phone and this is the 2nd or 3rd time my playlists have just vanished!! The sub-catagories are there but there are no songs in them!!! It is REALLY frustrating!!!
I assume it is a problem with the player itself so what other "players" are you guys using? I don't have time to keep loading my songs into my specific playlists!
Any and all help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Which stock player are you using? Mine came with two, the Samsung player and the Google player? Whichever one you're using, try the other.

This sort of question is pretty easy to answer on your own. Search the play store for music player, and look at the download counts for the apps that come up. You can even sort by popularity. The most popular is Google Play Music, next is PowerAmp. I know PowerAmp has many vocal users who like it a lot.
