Trouble loading gingerbread update on atrix

When I tried the update, the progress bar for installing got about one fourth the way, then a triangle with an exclamation point appeared, and I had to pull the battery to get back to where I started, along with a message saying update failed. I've reloaded everything, including the entire os 1.8.3. Any ideas?

it looks like you gonna have to do the same thing i did... sooo, get the RSD Lite and the sbf file version 1.57, reload it on your phone. and then do all two updates (1.83 and finally GB)
there is no use in calling moto with this issue, they'll suggest you to send the phone to them it'll take 7 days...
