external sd

just got my captivate and i formated my sd external disk but now there is absolutely nothing on it and i cant save anything to it, if i attach it to the pc , the disk shows up as locked and i cant transfer any files to it. I have a micro sd hc 8 gig.

If you have an adapter, there should be a little slide switch thingy on the side. Put in the card, slide it, and put it in the computer with the adapter.
