GS2 home screen

i know they said there was a lock screen glitch and i have noticed it. but now im using it without a password or anything. when i turn my phone on i see the wallpaper with the date and time. when i touch that it looks like i swype the whole picture off the page to get into my phone. is that supposed to happen? i thought with security off once you turn your phone on its supposed to go straight to your main home screen.

the lock screen is always there, pass code is an added security feature. Just like iPhone, it's a must with touchscreens.
