Was it your current phone? The fine print states it has to be the phone you most recently had active on the account. I don't know if they have any way of actually checking that, but I recall reading that in the terms.
If you don't have a confirmation or an order number I'd be concerned. You might want to call.So does anybody know how this applies to the Developer Edition? I pre-ordered mine today and didn't receive any kind of confirmation email (not even for the order). I still have the saved trade-up information and code though.
If I read it correctly it means the HTC One has to be activated not the trade in device. The trade in just needs to be in working order. Now, once you send it in you aren't guaranteed the trade in price quoted and you cannot get the phone back.

I sent them an email this morning. Hopefully this gets straightened out soon.If you don't have a confirmation or an order number I'd be concerned. You might want to call.
Call them directlySo I just completed the HTC One trade in process for the $100 gift card, but I am running into a problem. I forgot to click the print form button and now I can't get back to that page. Everytime I put in my personal ID it wants the personal promo code but its now become invalid. I need some help please.
Does anyone know which phones will qualify for more than a $100 credit? I have different phones I can "trade in", debating how I want to do this. Wondering how much the Samsung galaxy S2 is worth and whether I should trade that in instead of my super-old Mytouch.

I don't think it matters at all as long as it works. I put down a Palm Pre and it gave me the $100.
Right. I figure I can get the minimum $100 for my ancient mytouch. Was really wanting to know if I could get more for the S2, and if so, how much more. Otherwise I'd trade-in my S2 via T-Mobile's trade-in program for a credit on my next bill.
