Does anyone recall the instructions for sending in the old phone?

I printed out the shipping label and the voucher, but I can't remember the procedure except for including the order receipt or UPC with the IMEI shown.

How do you get to the page where you print the shipping label? I did the "save for later" option that generates a code, but have no idea how to use it.

I had another option under the "save for later" yesterday that said "continue" and the next screen gave me the option to enter in the IMEI of the new phone along with my personal information.

I used this site: HTC Trade Up Program and then inputted the code from the email to the returning customers text field.

If you get to the print out, can you copy and paste the numbered steps?

I received the confirmation email on March 18th, with instructions to go and purchase phone, then to go to their Trade Up page, and enter the code on the email, to continue the process. I got the phone, and it is "fantastic". I went to Trade Up link this AM, and am consistently getting an "invalid code" message? I am faithfully duplicating the code on the email!

There are two different codes, the pre-registration code and the personal ID code. If you haven't done anything yet, your first step is here: HTC Trade Up Program
and you use the code that's in the email titled: Thanks for registering for the new HTC One?

The email stated "go to www.htc/tradeup.com... and enter xxxxxxx, which is described as the pre registration code. You are being told to enter that code after going to that link. I only saw one place to enter a code. I hope I am just doing something wrong!

I plan on trading my Evo 3D, do I have to include the micro SD card that it came with? It'd be nice to have it to keep all my pics.
