128GB Google Pixel XL shipments delayed until December 26th by Verizon!

My pixel xl was shipped on 12/9, and I thought I'll have it today... Little did I know that Verizon ships pre-orders using ground method, so I'll have the device on 12/15 Thursday. I am so passed, called csr, and asked them wasn't 2 months wait for the phone not enough and instead of shipping it 2 day air they had to ship it ground? They had no answer... On the bright side, at least I'll have it in 5 days. My opinion they should ship it overnight since I've been jerked around all this time!

Verizon finally shipped bunch of Black XLs.. My another order w/ Silver is not shipped yet..

I was in the same boat. From Verizon, I preordered on 10/18, delivery on 11/16, pushed to 12/26, then pushed to 1/13/17. I just got my shipping/tracking #'s last night for a delivery by FedEx next week. Maybe the delay was the connectivity and the last update fixed it? Now I was surprised with a early (super late) delivery. It'll be nice to finally get it.
