512 S21+ Ultra AT&T not working hands-free?

Are any of you with an S21 512 Ultra AT&T phone having trouble with hands-free operation. I have it often when I'm talking to a call center person, they often can't hear me at all, but not with the AT&T call center, and I just tried to leave a message on an answering machine and it said if you don't talk we can't take a message try again so I took it off speaker and there was no problem. Anybody else having this problem?

You on 5g when this happens?
Try safe mode if same?
