Google thoroughly ticked me off. NOW they decide to send an email. This is all most of us wanted in the first place; a little communication. I'm glad they decided to eat the cost to upgrade to next day shipping. Hope they're hungry; cause they're gonna eat the cost of the tablet too. I don't need it.
I got my email while i was in the parking lot of MicroCenter as i picked up my 32GB 10" Asus Transformer 300TF for $349. It w ill likely get Jelly Bean since Asus made the N7 and there's no carrier to hold up an update.
I'm actually glad Google screwed up. Otherwise, i wouldn't have purchased the Transformer.
Too little, too late, Google. All you had to do was send this email a week ago with this information. But thanks for jerking me around. Now I have what I want and didn't pay for shipping - next day or otherwise.
I'd rephrase that politely, and send it to them. I know one person isn't going to make a huge different to a massive, massive entity like Google, but who knows. Let them know their treatment cost them a customer.
