I think it looks good, and the specs seem good. Battery life will probably be average like the previous model. If you want awesome battery life, watch for an announcement for a new MAXX. Moto was surely looking to balance battery life with cost and weight on this, and the fast charging should be very helpful for those who need it. Personally, I probably won't be upgrading because I can't really find anything significant to dislike about my current (Ultra) Maxx, but I'm still looking forward to seeing what the new Droid lineup based on this will be like. Add wireless charging, XL battery, maybe a larger storage option, and it's a killer phone. I wouldn't expect an SD slot. Not sure if there's anything else they'd slip into the Droids that we aren't already seeing in the X, but the previous gen had some nice additional features.
