It's refreshing to see so many people correctly spell "losing". If seeing "losing" spelled "loosing" were a drinking game we'd all be chronic alcoholics.
Let's bring this full circle, then. Why wouldn't Google choose Moto for the Nexus?

And how is your impression of the Kindle Fire even remotely on topic? ROTFLMO!Indeed. Sorry.
So, at least slightly more on topic: Speaking of Amazon, I just played around with my coworker's Kindle Fire. It's nicer than I expected. I really like the size.
Some of you people here are too naive, sorry. If you remember, Samsung, HTC, and LG all praised the Google/Motorola deal. They said they agreed with it to protect the Android ecosystem (patents). That is true. BUT, don't you think if I were the CEO of Samsung, the company that sells more smart phones than any other company, that I might be a little concerned that Google (the company who has the software that has caused Samsung to take the top spot b/c of Android) is now vertically integrating? Which scenario do you feel is most likely? Google dumping Moto, or Google dumping Samsung, HTC, LG, et al? Or neither? If the answer is neither, then Google will lose money. Ain't gonna happen.

He's going to make about $16 million on the deal. I'd get fired for that.
$16 million? bahahahah he worked at qualcomm when the stock went from 3 dollars to $80 then split 4 ways, dropped back down to $40 went back up to $60 then it split AGAIN. Sanjay is at least a 100 millionaire if not more rich. That is pocket change to him.

Before the merger his $35 million was worth $18 million
