My wife's Pixel 6a hasn't received it yet. She couldn't care less...so you know who is checking.

My wife would be asking me "can we block it?" lol. When I got 12 she said "that's ugly, glad I didn't get that!" She's not big on change When I get her a pixel she's going to have to get used to change.... I hope I survive it

It's funny, when I mentioned her Moto G6 was getting old, and I was going to pick her up a new pixel "just in case", she said my phones working fine, I like it, I don't want a new phone! And now she's being super careful about her charge habits... trying to make that thing last forever .

I'm not even sure she's human lol, who doesn't get excited about a new flagship phone?

When I told my wife Android 13 is out and we need to update her P6a she just said "That's nice sweetie" handed me her phone while continuing to play a game on her BlackBerry Motion (which is being held together with electricians tape). Now I'm wondering which one of us is the phone obsessed one.

I thought after the update we were supposed to opt out of the beta. Can someone clarify for certain as everyone wants to know.

Only after your phone receives the public release it is safe to opt out of the beta program without your phone being wiped. I opted out after updating to the public release and all was well.

To be fair to her, the stock Android 12 UI is legitimately hot garbage.

I don't really understand what is going on here. This is the final, stable A13 release, right? So why would it only be getting pushed to beta testers?
