Reading reports that people in Korea are now receiving the update. Not that it has anything to do with when the rest of U.S. users will get it, but Korea is a pretty big market for Samsung.

Also reading that Samsung has taken down the timetable from their website that was noting when certain devices will receive the update, which would explain the current delay. Possibly they are working out more bugs before they roll it out to other U.S. carriers and countries.

How often does advancing the date work? The 21st does seem to be an important date in terms of the update, as I've read that's the tentative date for Canada to get it.

T-Mobile was pushed out publicly around the 5th (but I got mine early). Seeing as ATT is just getting it and VZW still hasn't pushed it out, Unlocked is going to be a while.

This is why I'm hesitant to crossflash once it is released since TMB is pretty good with getting the updates out. Unlocked just takes too long. But @mustang7757 has me considering going to U1 anyway.

Guess I'll be watching this thread and scraping FW for releases.

Edit: @kevinpleasants i 100% believe you, what I can't believe is that they allowed the server to be manipulated by something as simple as a date change. The last time I advanced my clock was Simpsons Road Rage on the OG Xbox for the seasonal Vehicles lol
