It's been a minute since I used Odin. Does the CSC file wipe data and HOME_CSC keep data?

Had a baaaaaad moment when after updating, I went to clear cache and reboot and my 23+ went stone dead for about 20 minutes. Eventually held down the power button for 30+ seconds and it came back to life. Seems OK now but that was a bad moment!!

Currently on official beta. The 9th update. S23 Ultra locked to TMobile, and I got the update to official 6.0Screenshot_20231110_174506_Software update.jpg

Just flashed it through Odin. It was super fast. Took a while to download the files though. I had forgotten how to use Odin. It's always a good idea to know how to use it in case something goes wrong with your phone.

Just got done installing One UI 6.0. As I usually do I get a screenshot of my storage from my manage storage page. How did I mao to gain over 30 GB of storage?? I went from 320 GB to 350 GB. I'm hoping nothing got deleted. Also why do I keep getting this message every time I go to my internal storage, it keeps giving me options to delete files I don't want to. Has anyone experienced any of these issues?

Is this the "official" update the one we are all talking about here? I am actually dreading it as it breaks some of the things I use with Tasker from everything I am reading and not looking forward to implementing the workarounds on my and my wife's phones.

OS updates always break things
