I just found Facebook for HTC active on my phone. I don't have an account and could swear it was disabled. Now it is active and the disable button is greyed out.

Couple things I've noticed. The battery usage screen under settings is more detailed now, very useful. Also one thing I don't like - my notification led is blinking when I have a text message even when the screen is on. Kind of annoying.
So this update fixed my LED Notification issue, so that's pretty sweet!
What issue and how did it fix it? Does the LED notify while plugged in now?

I agree with you both I'm very displeased to see that if we disabled Facebook for HTC Sense (which I did in 4.4.2 as well) its now been re-enabled, and that we can no longer disable it. (Bad Verizon, bad HTC, bad Facebook - how dare you take away our ability to disable that worthless app that we could disable in the previous version.Same, I hate when updates do stuff like this... I don't use Facebook and hate the idea of that app using resources on my phone when I have zero interest in it.

Verizon: Enjoy your downgrades, everybody.
I knew I shouldn't have taken this one.
Yeah, no issues here. No downgrades found.
In general, no. But I can make an argument that being forced to keep Facebook running on my phone is a downgrade.

What bugs are those? If you go in the Google Play Store doesn't it give the option to remove updates for Chrome (thus taking it back to the non-updated state)?I would also argue the updated Chrome is also a downgrade due to new bugs that didn't exist in the factory stock version.
Did anyone else lose the feature to double tap the lock screen to turn the screen off?
I lost it on my m7 after the update. Thanks!
Namely it loads a blank page now and then and have to close the tabs and restart to get it to load pages. Unfortunately since Chrome was updated within the OS, Play now sees the new version as "factory stock." It won't let you roll back to the version that was on 4.4.2. And the most recent version moved the refresh button for no apparent reason.I've sent messages to both HTC and Verizon detailing that people aren't happy that Facebook for HTC Sense can't be disabled after the 4.4.3 update especially after being able to disable it in 4.4.2, and that Force Stop doesn't even last until the next phone restart. It may not change anything (especially if HTC or Verizon are getting paid to make Facebook for HTC Sense non-disable-able). However; it wouldn't hurt for others to voice there displeasure with the Forced Facebook change (nor the missing File Manager update for that matter). After all people continually complaining to HTC and Verizon about the missing EPS may have been a factor in it getting put in this update.

After reading what you said about Chrome I loaded it up, opened a bunch of Web pages, and a bunch of new tabs, and so far I can't get your problem to occur on my m8 with its copy of Chrome. Perhaps something else is at play on your system. Do you have any plug-ins or jet pack installed? Is it happening to you with both wifi and mobile data?Namely it loads a blank page now and then and have to close the tabs and restart to get it to load pages.
I had never tried the double tap to shut off my screen before, but I just gave it a try on my Verizon m8 with 4.4.3 and it worked fine. Perhaps try unchecking and rechecking motion gestures (if you haven't already done so).
