Yeah, mine did that too since it was under 30% battery. Gave it a reboot, and the install prompt appeared after a few minutes.

It pops up to install after a few minutes. Running on mine now. Haven't noticed any changes besides EPS

Got my VZW 4.4.3 OTA in the ATL 30 minutes ago. EPS and a new minimalist home screen, but I'll get used to it I guess.

So far the only thing I noticed changed was the addition of EPS mode, HTC Lock Screen application added, GPS logo has changed, and Do Not Disturb has been shortened to "DND".

are you using Blinkfeed or Nova or what? If you're not running the stock launcher, you won't notice the difference with the stock launcher.

my wifi at work is super slow.....been downloading for 45 minutes ! only about 60% !

Another change is that the button in the notification shade to switch over to Quick Settings now has a tiny Settings gear in the top right square. Minor, but a little easier to understand.

After I updated, Google+ was keeping mine awake the entire time, but force stopping fixed it.

I have the stock launcher, but deleted the blinkfeed page. Is it a blinkfeed update?
