I was very close to getting the iPad pro 10.5. Both are greatiPad pro here, have plenty of both Android and iOS but tablets are one area where I absolutely prefer iPad over any Android offerings.
It was a few weeks ago. I got one at BB with the pen for 479 and 18 months int free.I got the one with the pen. It wasnt on sale.
Ordered a Bluetooth keyboard and case off Amazon.
Used my PayPal for interest free. Guess I just missed that sale. Glad I didn't get it thru my carrier though as they require a data plan on it and all that.It was a few weeks ago. I got one at BB with the pen for 479 and 18 months int free.
I have a Surface Pro 3 and a Tab S2. I'm looking at getting the Tab S3.
Um...I agree with your dad. The Tab S2 will work just fine. Lol. Honestly, worry about building your business with what you have before trying to get the latest and greatest.I want the Tab s3 for my fleamart business I plan on opening in a few months so I can use Square register app and run charge cars via wifi.
My dad won't buy it for me though as an investment in the company. This isn't fair! I have the Tab s2 with Andriod 7.0 my dad says will work fine for it. But I want the newest device!
Lol you called yourself a Weirdo. We're all in that grouping I think lolI am a weirdo and have several that I use, the main tablet/laptop I use is a Samsung galaxy Tab pro S, I love it because it runs windows, and if I feel like using a tablet, I use my 9.7 Tab S2, and for the car, since I don't have a nice up to date head unit (I am running an old *** AVIC D3 or something, lol) I have a Tab E 8.0 with 4G that I use as my entertainment in my car. I love my tablets, lol

Well most on here think the Tab s2 or even the cheaper and older Tab A would be better citing that if someone drops it or steals it that it won't hurt as much as having the Tab s3.
You only get the flashy and cool stuff if you have cash to spare. If not then get what works. And they are correct. Why use something expensive and flashy when a cheaper and more practical alternative will suffice. It's like a car. A $4,000 used, but mechanically sound car, will get you to your destination just as well as a $40,000 new car will. Yes, I know that a $4,000 used car is not as flashy or cool as the $40,000 one.

Well I plan on selling tech stuff like flashlights, speakers, cell cases, chargers, power banks, digital cameras (lower end ones), ear buds and other cheap stuff. I figured if I sell tech accessories and that I need to have the latest tech gear. Granted I got the Note 8 though which can be used to run charge cards with square but no way in hell am I handing a stranger my Note 8 to sign and drop lol.
But you'd be okay handing a $500-600 tablet over? Interesting thought process you got going there.
Or I could buy the entire square register set up that includes the iPad which all totals over 1k.
$500 tablet still hurts less than a $929 Note 8. I think the Tab s3 is still overpriced though and it's been out since March. IMO they should lower the everyday price to around $450. Especially if they don't plan on releasing one until fall of 2018.
