Anybody use power saving mode ics

Has anybody tried the power saving mode in ice cream sandwich and if so did it make much of a difference I'm trying it right now and it definitely throttles your cpu I can tell just by swiping home screens lol but if it saves me some juice I'll sacrafice

I am using it as of yesterday and its increasing my batter life by a couple hours. it basically turns off everything that you may not need. that includes sync. which is the biggest drain in my opinion i have mine set at 50%.

I tried the default saving setting but I'm not sure what it does and it doesn't tell you. It definitely extends life. Haven't tried the custom setting.
