Anyone else had trouble trying to use the samsung.com site?

I went through the whole process to order my S23U 512gb with a note 8 as a trade in. It pulls up a special AT&T popup window and I mutlifactored into AT&T to complete the order and it hangs. It never transfers over to AT&T. I tried different browsers, I tried doing the order from my phone, I even fried InCognito/InPrivate modes. No such luck.

I wanted to use the Samsung site to get there extra gimmies. I ended up ordering through the AT&T site with an expected delivery between Mar1st and the 8th.

Yep, their site is pretty awful. I fully expect a crash or two whenever I try to place an order with them.

I had the exact same issue & could not resolve it. Was going through the Samsung site for the same reason as you.
