You are correct. It can not be used for All Access Google Music Play. It can only be used for apps and to buy music. I have tried to use it for All Access with my Google card in the past and they told me that that can only be paid by Credit Card in which the hit every month.

What I wound up doing is pulling up S-note and handwriting it down then using "action" to create it into a text then copying and pasting. Are you trying to redeem it from the same device you're getting the IMEI from? There are 3 places to get the IMEI number (I have them ranked from most reliable to least reliable based on my experiences), phone (settings>About Phone>Status), IMEI behind the battery, and least reliable on the box itself. Confirm where you're getting the number with the other 2 locations.

Make sure if you're copying and pasting that you're not copying a space.

at least for me, verizon, i found my imei in the settings menu under about phone --status----scroll down.....

I would say post a screen shot, but then you run the risk of having someone pull your number. Where did you purchase the phone? Do you still have the box? Maybe you can pull the IMEI number from there? Also, make sure you're pulling the correct number. 99000########## is the typical format (oh and don't count those characters because I just guestimated).

The IMEI numbet on the box is 14 characters....the IMEI number in the phone is 15. They are identical to the one on the box but the one in the phone has an additional number on the end. Hope this helps!

I wish that this weren't the case. I could get the benefit of the gas points if I bought my Google Play cards from the grocery store.

For some reason it's not letting my wife do it Once she gets to the IMEI screen it keeps saying please correct it. I think it's because we are using the same address.

No it's because someone stole your IMEI number and your credit. I posted in another thread about this. My friend also lost out on his credits.

Someone else mentioned that it's 14 characters on the box, but it should be 15 characters if you look at the phone's IMEI listing. Where did you buy the phone, from the carrier, from a website? You need to give us more detailed information if you want that $50. If you want, PM me a screenshot of your IMEI # and I can compare it to mine. 9900043413XXXXX is what I report, and what the website took. Are you missing a 9 or a 0 in your entry? The more information you can provide, the better (although I wouldn't broadcast your IMEI # on here, maybe a PM is best).

No it's because someone stole your IMEI number and your credit. I posted in another thread about this. My friend also lost out on his credits.

If he's reporting only 14 characters and not 15, that may be different. I had that same error message initially and found out I was missing a few numbers. The IMEI # should be 15.

It is very case sensitive. Go to about the phone on your Gnote 3. Thenn system then get the IMEI number. Put it in as you see it.
