Anyone having problems with Qi charging?

I've been using the same Qi car chargers in my last few cars and they have worked well on my last few Pixels. With my P10P XL I can barely get it to charge on my car chargers and even tried buying a new officially Qi2 certified charger and it seems to charge at the same speed, barely gaining 1% charge over a reasonable drive. I downloaded the Power Meter app and it shows that the phone is charging around 1.8W. Battery is at ~70% to its not like its at 96% and the charging speed is going to slow to a trickle.

My P10 ProXL charged slowly but okay on my old Pixel Stand - until I received my Google-branded Pixelsnap case yesterday. Now, it will not charge on the Pixel Stand.

I'm using the Anker MagGo charger, which I previously had for my iPhones. It's also Qi2 compatible. Seems to be charging fast enough.

I think one of the nights the charge was around 30-40% and when I placed it on the charger around 10:30 PM it initially said fully charged by 5:15 AM . But after a couple of minutes it changed to say fully charged by 11:45 PM, which was much more reasonable.

Does the Anker charger get hot? I'd used one of those style chargers in the past and the phone got so hot it basically stopped charging. I've been using this one lately for travel. The only thing missing is a magnet to hold it to the phone while it charges. Otherwise the wired charging is fast.
