Anyone notice these bugs?

So I've been noticing that the notification shade gets pulled down randomly when holding the record button on snapchat and it's really annoying. Another thing I've noticed is audio not syncing with videos in instagram. Not totally sure if it's just mine or others too but a restart usually fixes it.

the instagram bug should be fixed with the latest update, I noticed it with my google pixel also.

Ya hopefully I get it. But I notification shade being pulled down randomly is getting annoying. Was at a concert last night and it was pulling the notification shade when holding the record button as mentioned before.

So I discovered I get the notification pull whenever I long press any input (ex: key, record button). It's not everytime but it's pretty frequent.

Still have the bug and just emailed HTC about it. Here's a video of it happening. Also I just keep having crappy experiences of the phone ending tap-and-hold gestures like holding down the "." key on SwiftKey to get to the question mark will just end the input really fast with a vibration too. Also happens with recording on snapchat when press and holding the record button.

I am pretty sure it's a software bug. I have seen similar post elsewhere and it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem. Hopefully a fix will come in the next HTC update.

Go into the Display settings and make sure Glove Mode is off. I was having intermittent and weird screen issues like that and some phantom touches. That seemed to take care of all of them for me.

I contacted customer support and they recommended I delete my cache partition or factory reset the phone. I did both because I didn't want to keep waiting. However about a week later the issues mentioned are still occurring. Then yesterday, I noticed my phones USB port doesn't lock into the phone. You can wiggle the blocky end that connects to the phone and it will disconnect. I'm going to send my phones for repair and hopefully they can fix it the issues mentioned.

So I've also been having problems with swiftkey doing what I thought was a phantom press or lifting of my finger around the "j" or "k" keys causing weird words popping up such as "for now" becoming "I is" and "only" became "k input" - referenced from my email to swiftkey support.

Tonight I was cleaning my screen with a VERY lightly damp microfiber cloth and right in that area of J and K keys the dampness looked different from other parts of the screen. Not sure how to describe it, but it's not scratches, just a different texture if you will.

It happens to be exactly where my thumb rests when I'm scrolling thru pages, apps or what have you. I think I've worn off part of the coating that protects the phone. I can't see it when it's "dry" even shifting it under the glare of my lights. I think this is a warranty issue for sure, but I can't wait weeks or months for them to repair it, I'll have to go out and get a new phone to have something that works and I won't deal with a cheap phone for that long, a week or two is OK, but not months!

So you guys might try doing what I did with the cloth and see if you see the same thing. I'd be interested to see if more of us have this issue.

I have a very small spot that does the same thing, about half the size of an pencil eraser up in my upper left corner of the screen.

We checked my partner's phone which is also a U11 and he has a spot right where his thumb is used to scroll thru pages as well. But he does not swipe type like I do so he's not noticed it.
