Just wondering if anyone here has returned their Inc -- for any reason -- in order to get a replacement. Anyone?
If yes,
1. for what problem were you replacing the phone?
2. did the new replacement solve the problem for you?
VZW told me that a new batch of phones may have fewer bugs, and I have 30-days to return my phone. I have issues with home screens that change by themselves and a terribly buggy optical joystick. So, just wondering if anyone has a better Incredible from a magical, new batch.
