Just unlocked with face laying in bed to browse the forums

The Apple watch is the only thing keeping me using my 8+ and not Android exclusively. In my opinion, no other watch compares to the Apple watch. I have two Series 3 watches and I plan on getting a Series 4 once they become readily available and I can just go to BestBuy to get one.
Also, the Galaxy Watch is an utter abortion. Anyone have one too?
You have to be joking about hen you said no other watch compares to the Apple Watch 3/4... because trust me I own the Apple Watch 3 LTE AND THE GLALAXY WATCH Lte and the glalaxy watch out performs the Apple Watch lte hands down no debate. You might need to go back and research what a real lte watch actually supposed to do.
You own both?? Why ditching the Note 9, btw?
With Samsung offering double trade in value for used phones the Note 9 price is in the toilet.
I’m just an iOS guy. Gave Android a fair shake. Just not for me.
Yes i do the lte. It outperforms my Apple Watch 3 lte hands down
I switched largely because I like shiny new things and my entire house is filled with apple products. My honest assessment is the note is the better device even at the same price let alone significantly cheaper. The screen is better to my eyes and I think the battery life is better. I think Samsung killed it with the note 9 and apple is getting lazy. That said, I'll probably stick with the max due to the ecosystem. The Apple watch is also a big draw to me. Together the iPhone and aw are tough to beat but you're spending 2k. I'm a little concerned about the mediocre battery life in the max compared to the note. That would be the one thing that causes me to return it. I really prefer not to charge my phone during the day. The note would have 30 percent left most days. So far I'm running the max down to 20 or under. Not a massive diff but noticeable. I'm on the fence. Clock is ticking....
There's definitely a status effect, especially to the younger people who most likely don't even purchase their phones. My 14yr old daughter had a galaxy s5 a couple yrs ago, then she kept asking for an iPhone because her friends had them and it was "so cool". So I got her an iPhone 6s for Christmas, she was so happy and she's been glued to it, talking about how cute the phone is and it's just so perfect and the best looking phone. Fast forward to this month. I got her an iPhone X for her birthday coming up in a couple of weeks. First thing she says is yeah I can't wait to just take it out in front of my friends at school. Then she said the only thing I don't like about it is when the screen is off it looks like a "droid".
I reply, Droid? do you mean a Motorola? she says no android, I said those are different things but anyway. Why are you concerned with your iPhone looking like an Android phone? She says because then people won't know it's an iPhone. This is the mindset of many ppl under 21.
Great, but the Galaxy Watch has tremendous fitness tracking issues (faulty HR reading; cannot calculate calories correctly and missing steps). Besides that, it is a great watch. Lol.
that's awesome! My kids are the opposite, they take pride in not being like everyone else at school. They see that they are just blind followers. Plus they actually know what you can and can't do with Android vs iOS and they love the customization of Android. I personally feel that iOS takes away a kids ability to be creative and have an imagination when it comes to tech. My daughter's know how to create animations with their drawings using the Note 8's they have and some of their iPhone friends tell them they wish they could do that.
Interesting. I'm having some cell reception issues so maybe that's causing the issue.I’m getting easily 30-60 min more battery life (SOT) on my iPhone XS Max than my Note 9
And yet your on an Android forum. I've visited iPhone forums, but never stay or even join.
Rethinking your decision?

I'm mod team lead of this forum and I'm using an iPhone right now....
Everyone is welcome to post. There isn't a "you must only love Android to post" rules last time I checked.
As he said he just returned his Note. He gave it a try but decided to go back. I actually praise him for trying Android. A lot just bash Android or iOS without ever really using it.. at least he didn't do that.
I did not say they weren't welcome. Just interesting that they keep defending their choice. And stay on an
Android forum when it's not their choice of phones.
Is it interesting when they literally just swapped and the topic calls for it? Sounds on point to me.
And yet they keep replying and quoting. Shocking
