I really enjoy my iPhone, but I know if I go back to android the Note 3 would be the phone I get.

If you can point me to a iPhone 5 for 300 bucks I will buy it right now. And I don't mean one with a cracked screen or a bad ESN. The 5th generation IPod touch starts at around 300 bucks... Sounds like you're the one kidding yourself.

If you have to ask why? then you are truly an iPhone candidate
Beside the S-Pen what does Android have that Iphone don't? I think I can deal with the crappy IOS interface if it mean I can have access to all the latest and greatest games. Entertainment on the go is extremely important for me and Netflix don't cut it

Android has lots.
Bigger, higher resolution screens
Expandable memory
Removable batteries
Open OS allowing for customization
A proper filling system
The ability to set default apps
better sharing options
Ability to use as a universal remote control
Just a few things off the top of my head

Yes, yes, and yes! Look, I too had always supported the iPhone and had the very first starting in 2007 but when they started just tacking an "s" on and calling it a day I felt Apple were letting people down. Plus the fact Jobs really wasn't kind to the customers in his speeches especially when it came to admitting things had gone wrong, see antennae problems. Plus the fact my 4 and 4s had to be replaced multiple times.
Also quality over quantity in apps and I'm sorry but the whole "Android doesn't support indie developers" is a tired argument and is a bunch of horse ****.
Oh and according to Gameloft's own site there are a total of 62 games for ios and 44 for Android not sure where you got your numbers from.

His predictable rebuttal, "aside from all THOSE things that I don't care about"
