Anyone's Samsung.com Order Ship yet?

Still no sign of my watch here, no emails, no charge and no delivery. Also no response to my emails to support.

After being told twice that it would definitely be sent out at the weekend and be here by Monday (on phone and email), I'm starting to get annoyed. I've seen posts from people that ordered over 17/18th and got thier delivery the next day! Surely the pre orders should be sent out first.

My Nov 6th preorder shipped a day or two ago. I already got it from Best Buy.
 
I managed to call today only to be told it's now going to be 1 or 2 weeks! But she was just reading off the details I can already see on the order page.

Very annoying seeing as I was told by email that it would definitely be sent out for Monday delivery, even the message on the phone line still says to expect delivery on Tuesday!

I think I'll be cancelling, I just don't like the way people have been treated.
 
received an email back about the preorder i placed on the 9th.

i will NEVER order direct from samsung again
 
I ordered the gear S3 classic on Nov. 6 straight from the samsung site and chose expedited delivery. I got a text from Fedex on Friday that stated I had a package on the way next day delivery. I called Samsung to try to get saturday delivery but they had no record of my watch shipping. I received it on Monday. I didn't get an email from samsung saying it was being shipped until after it was delivered. Thankfully I had registered my address on Fedex's website and they send me updates automatically or I'd never even know it was being delivered. watch.jpg
 
So the people that ordered the s3 yesterday in the black Friday deal already got shipping emails and are expecting them delivered tomorrow yet I ordered 2 weeks ago and they tell me it will be another week or 2.

Theyve witheld stock from the people that pre ordered so that they can fulfil the black Friday orders. To me that's unacceptable and I will cancel my order on Monday when I can call up, they haven't answered my email from Wednesday yet.

I ordered as soon as the $299 price updated on website and no movement for me. Not sure how your saying people who ordered on black Friday sale has received tracking emails.
 
Just wanted to drop by, still nothing. I've decided to wait because no at&t store has the lte version. I'm shocked at how poor the customer service is. I called Wednesday and had a lady literally put me on hold in the middle of me speaking. Her supervisor pretended to provide better support by stating she would personally email the warehouse, find out whats going on and then personally email me. This never happened. I can't believe Samsung allow this to happen!! It's truly shocking!
 
quick question

was the $50 off sale on the frontier att version or just the bluetooth one? if so, can someone screenshot their purchase for me if they got in on the 299 deal? i only see the discount on the bluetooth only model.

i just got off the phone with samsung and they are willing to price match while keeping my reservation but i need to show "proof" of the discounted model. i could have sworn i saw it for cheaper but now i cant find it.
 
I've only see the Bluetooth version on sale only. I haven't seen the lte one for 299. If anyone has seen it in would like to know so I can get it myself.
 
The black Friday stock I mentioned is in the UK Samsung black Friday deal which was buy one get one half price on the s3 classic and frontier. People have ordered on Friday (yesterday) and already got shipping emails saying Saturday or Monday delivery.
 
Don't feel bad y'all. I pre-ordered the Gear S3 Frontier on November 7th and just received a call yesterday from someone at my local AT&T store that my order has arrived and that I can come pick it up. If you ask me the people who pre-ordered the Gear S3 Classic and the Gear S3 Frontier should've gotten it first before the people who just walked into AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Best Buy, or Macy's and gotten it without pre-ordering it. That's not a way to do business.

Its been a week for me too and no change in status for me. To top it off, I tried entering my credit/debit cards into Samsung Pay yesterday, neither one of my banks support it. That was one of the biggest reasons I ordered one. Plus the lack of full fitness functionality as compared to my MS Band 2 has me 99% decided to cancel my order tomorrow. Heck my MS Band 2 compatibility to my GS7 is better than my windows phone :'(:mad:

I may revisit the Gear S3 later on. I love the looks and design, but I think $300 is too much when half the functions I want are available for me personally.

Update: Well, I just cancelled my order. Came to the harsh reality that if I can't use Samsung Pay, my MS Band 2 is no different and handles my fitness needs better.

I haven't heard a single thing. Called again, same exact response.. I've already paid my credit card statement.. I have a feeling that there's legalities to this some how.. I cant understand how you can pre order an item on the basis youre the first to get it, then you find out people are walking into a store getting that same item, then they remove the money without receiving product, then almost a month later you still don't have your product. I have my own business and I know if I did this to a customer, they'd call the police.
 
Yeah, you should never order anything from Samsungs website. They ALWAYS give priority to other channels. I've never gotten something from them on time. Only reason to buy from them is if it's extremely discounted and you don't mind waiting.

It's not too late for you to dispute the charge. Contact your credit card company immediately and file a claim. Forget about your "first in line" expectations, the bottom line is that you paid for merchandise that you haven't received. The bank deals with this kinda stuff all the time. They'll contact the vendor and the whole thing should be resolved fairly quickly.
 
Stopped by the West LA BB and asked if they had any Frontiers in stock. They had 1 ATT LTE model. Asked if I could buy it without the ATT service and he said yes (my provider is ATT). It was full retail at $349, same as the BT model on Samsung.com. I wanted bluetooth, but the unactivated LTE model works like the BT model. Gives me the option to activate it later if I want. So tomorrow I am going to cancel my Samsung.com order.

mine finally shipped yesterday. fedex says its coming on saturday. i couldnt wait and already got from best buy. will return the samsung one at best buy. they said something about a restocking fee, but at this point i don't care anymore. got my watch and im done with this fiasco.
