Oh yeah, I know. The icons are very similar. I just think its laughable that he's considering suing them for IP theft. I mean, its a basic idea. If he sued them, he'd have to sue every other OS and manufacturer that has it.

Sometimes Apple's developers are just too stupid for their own good.
