Still not confirmed.
Yes it is. Google 's own specs say so.
I saw that, but some reviewers are saying it has two speakers on the bottom - so waiting for a teardown or official reviews on that point. The official spec sheet also does not list the earbuds in the box, however the unboxing videos clearly show them present.
Those reviewers just saw the extra cut out that is there for look just like iPhone and assumed it was another speaker. Better reviews confirmed it has a single speaker on the left side. Not mentioning headphones is a pretty minor omission. Saying you have a single speaker when you have stereo speakers is just plain stupid.
I don't know how you could possibly argue it

The HTC 10 literally leads in no category. That's an objective determination, not a subjective one.No argument 100% certain

I don't hate HTC or the HTC 10. In fact, I considered purchasing one at one time and I still like them. I just don't understand why you aren't willing to accept reality here.Dude , you've really got a hard on against the10 and maybe HTC in general. Maybe you got a bad one once or something. Like I said a couple posts back, since there's no convincing either one of us to join the other's side of the argument lets agree that we disagree on this. Not trying to convince you of anything. Lots of choices out there for all of us. I'm glad for the competition we have. Enjoy yours and I'll enjoy mine. Peace
This is where you get it wrong. It is not about the specs, it never has been. It is the whole package that counts. The HTC 10 is very fast, has zero lag, a great UI, great audio, a very good camera (seems to me very odd that the press is avoiding to say who the leader in dxomark before was) a nice display and a good battery life. It also feels very premium, the design is amazing. Of course nothing is perfect, but the overall package is very very very good. The HTC 10 literally leads in no category. The Pixel will surely be a very good package too, but for people that own a 2016 flagship there is zero reason to buy it.
It depends on what you value on smartphones.
Even if their are two speakers on the bottom there will literally be NO stereo separation since that isn't really possible for you to perceive if the speakers aren't farther apart than your ears.
It would only be useful for overall volume and frequency range. That's why I personally like the way HTC did it.
What is a Note 7?Ties between multiple OEM's aren't sexy
I mostly agree here, except for the Note 7 folks. Most phones are not MAJOR upgrades over anything else in the same generation of phones. They all have strong points and weak points and it's definitely about choosing the right package for each person. The HTC 10 and Pixel have more in common than any two of the other devices - and while I can't agree that the Pixel isn't a better device, it's not mind shatteringly better - it's just the logical amount of better you get with some spec and functionality updates and even that comes with some trade off, such as the weird glass back and a different audio experience, etc.
This ^^ 100%. All the stuff we can directly compare is a small part of the experience and the experience is what matters and devices are purchased according to the preferences and expectations of the buyer. Everyone should feel free to like whatever they want, buy whatever they like and then have the integrity to love what they bought (barring unforeseen defects, etc).
As I said earlier, The Pixel being a good phone doesn't mean that any other good phones are no longer good phones. There's room for more than one precisely because we're all looking for different things.
