Are the Samsung Fast Charge Qi pads on ebay for under $15 factory original?

I've found very low prices on what look to be factory original fast chargers from China.
I don't understand how they can sell them this cheap, with FREE shipping too.
I'm wondering if these are copies (counterfeit) or can the be the real thing for this price?

From reviews I have seen ppl say they are fake and don't work right I got me different one for little more from Amazon.ca comes with charger and cable and works perfectly with my s6 and cases like otterbox

EBay is most likely fake.

For the record, that is NOT a fast charging wireless charger. There is a a difference. That one will work fine for you, but it isn't fast charge enabled.
