Wasn't going to order but did order the 7. After seeing the trade in offer from Google for my 6 I'll get the 7 for about $140. So figured why not.

My P6P is my backup phone but gets hot sometimes. Am upgrading to regular P7 and am paying $15 extra to get that after promos at Best buy. I got my P6P new earlier in the year for $500.

I love my GP6P too, but I like that hardware on the GP7P way more. I ordered mine on the 6th of October and seemed to have had no problems getting what I wanted but My fingers are still crossed.

Oh, it's smaller than its predecessor? Maybe I should attempt to hold it in the hand at the store before considering the smaller model. You're right about the telephoto lens and macro lens. I dislike how the smaller Pixels always seem to lack those fundamental camera specs.

Hi Cynthia! I went to a Verizon store today to hold the P7 & P7P ... I would really love to get the Pro model this year. The P7P was BARELY larger than my P6. It does weigh a little bit more. I am sorely tempted to preorder the P7P! I am trying to tell myself not to be so conservative, and splurge on myself a little bit ... a good price for my P6 would be a great start!

Excited to be upgrading from 4 XL to the 7 Pro. Once I got my dud 4 XL replaced by Google, it turned out to be a really solid phone. This is the longest I've kept a Pixel - upgraded every two years in the past. Looking forward to bigger screen, better cameras, and (hopefully....) better battery life.

I feel like if I had the Pixel 6, upgrading wouldn't be a goal of mine. But it is pretty awesome that the 7 line has Face Unlock. I'm sure that will cause some to jump!

I do but I'm ambivalent about their preorder affair.

On one hand; Google, despite its brobdingnagian size as a company, is known for its teething troubles with phone releases so I'm suspicious of nonplus impediments. The device turns into nothing more than a liability and test for one's resolve. On other hand; the early reviews appear to be positive by those who got their hands on the device. Either they are insincere to earn likes and views or didn't test enough with various scenarios. Yes, there's a hint of pessimism and reservations in my post

I live in Finland where google doesn't offer pixel phones from its stores. The best option is amazon. Now amazon.de has free Pixel watch promotion for Pixel 7 Pro. However, to earn the gift, German address is mandatory. Mail forwarding services are no dice, and they've stated explicitly in their terms and conditions.

Perhaps, I'll go ahead with preorder after 1 - 2 days of contemplation from amazon.de or amazon.it, and if the device is not up to standard then I'll simply return.

Do note I have Pixel 6 Pro and I didn't face all those predicament mentioned ad nauseam. Perhaps, my device wasn't manufactured around the launch batch but rather among later batches. The only issue I face is overheating during video calls and inadequate finger print unlock action occasionally.

For those that have done a BB trade in, can I factory reset the phone prior to picking up my phone? Or is it something that BB wants to do at BB before you pick up the new phone?

I know its a weird question....
