AT and T blocking apps

I noticed that AT and T has blocked certain tethering program in the Market. Programs like EasyTether, PdaNet, and Tether.com are not allowing downloads.
Is there a way around this with out rooting the HTC Inspire?

try putting the phone in airplane mode and use wifi. or sideload the app

No problem! The market will change depending on what network you are connected to. That is why airplane mode works cause you arent connected to AT&T to provide you with the market
