I would call as that doesn't seem right. I ordered via AT&T on the 5th and got it on the 9th. I'd call.

I called they said they were gonna wait and see if it shipped yesterday because thats what it said on their website but the tracking number is still the same so gonna wait for the lady to call me back and hopefully I can get the phone tomorrow

That being said my first Pre-order I did on the 23rd never went through. Had to cancel and reorder
Mine went thru I think they just lost mine. I have to wait 24 hours so I'll call back at 7

I'm all ready for Friday Katrina - are you? I have a folder full of screenshots on the desktop of my PC with every page of my current phone's desktop so I can remember how I had it laid out. Also, screenshots of every page of apps so I remember what I had for apps in case the backup programs forget to restore something. I plan on doing a full SmartSwitch Backup and a full Samsung Cloud Backup Friday morning when I get up... then breakfast, shower and off to AT&T - yeah baby! I've been reading about everyone else's joy for TOO LONG - it's our turn now Katrina!!!

Yep! I'm ready! I've been getting more anxious by the day so Friday is right on time. I plan to clear out apps I haven't used in a while before I do my backups. Gonna clean out my contacts as well. I won't be carrying over any unnecessary clutter.
I'm going over to AT&T tomorrow to touch base with my guy to make sure we're on the same page. My preference is Grey, but black is more than acceptable. I'm also gonna talk with Carolina, the rep who solved my early upgrade issue. We have a "date" for 10am Friday, but I'll be confirming that date tomorrow!
When I walk in Friday morning, there should be no issue whatsoever! Yes... It's our turn!!!

Did you folks order online or go to a corporate store? I'll be looking to get the $300 trade credit and am not sure how easy it is if you order. Thanks!
If you order you can't to do the 300 promo until you get the device or the IMEI is assigned. If you pick it up in store you can do it right then.
