I actually ordered the phone through Samsung and chose the At&t branded phone before checkout. Samsung tends to always give you more money for your trade ins that At&t. As much money that At&t makes, they still manage to rip their customers off!

ATT is giving way more than samsung for trades. $1000 for certain devices.

The only way that I can even get the phone right now is because of the AT&T promotion.

Yeah this is true. I got basically $1,000 for my Note 8, paying 10 bucks a month for 30 months. A Note 20 Ultra for 300 bucks? A no brainer.

Hey I had the same thing. So on mobile I used Samsung Internet to log into MyAT&T account and got it that way. Kept giving me ERR.... Errors page not found or something like that.

Just got a confirmation from AT&T my order has shipped. Weird it shipped UPS never had anything shipped by them from AT&T but happy. I prefer UPS over any other carrier
