I've been a verizon wireless customer for manyy many years, and never had a single issue with them, great customer service, great coverage. But the choices in phones, and the delay for them getting the phones out, compared to AT&T made me switch last month to AT&T.
Now, the main reason that i switched was to get the Note 3 as soon as possible.
So, I pre-ordered it a few days ago, and choose overnight shipping.
Yesterday evening, I receive an email saying that "Your Order has been Canceled".
I called the 1-888 number, and they told me they couldn't confirm my identity, and that they canceled my order because of that.....Needless to say, I'm completely cross with AT&T. I went to the store, and they told me, if you were to order one again today, you'll most likely get it by next week, because they don't delivery over the weekend.
That's fine, I mean I am VERY VERY VERY impatient, and when I want something, i want it...NOW!
So now, i'm just going to wait until Friday..and walk into a store and buy it. The rep at the store told me "Good luck, you probably won't even find one because they sell out too fast."
So I'm planning on being at an actualy at&t store, rather than authorized retailer 30 minutes before they open.
This would have never happened to me with Verizon, if there was an issue with my order, they would have called me and told me, and immediately had it resolved.
Anyways, for all those lucky people who'll have their Note 3 in their hands today....cheers.
