AT&T S3: Can't flash recovery or downgrade

Hi all,

I just got a Galaxy S3 AT&T and trying to downgrade it to 4.1.1 so I can unlock it. I've done this with quite a few of these and didn't have any problem, but this one...
After flashing recovery (openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.1), the phone shows "Error" .. "No command" when I went to recovery (and standard recovery came up)
Then when I tried to flash stock 4.1.1 (I747UCDLK3), odin keeps saying Fail! (Auth)

The phone currently has 4.3 (I747UCUEMJB), not rooted.
I looked up, but still have no idea what I've been missing, so please help.

4.3 with Knox blocks any attempt to roll back versions. The boot loader is stopping you.

So no way to roll back? is it possible to roll back the boot loader?

No way to roll back. As far as I know, no way to bypass the bootloader.

Thanks. Do you know if it's possible to flash any 4.3 custom roms?

Last I knew, Knox stopped that too.
