AT&T S4 still havent received 4.3 update

Im trying to download the 4.3 on my s4 and it still says software is up to date. Are there still regions where this update isnt available?

Judging by a number of posts I've seen over the past couple of days here, you may still want to hold off on the 4.3 update anyway. Samsung may not have ironed all of the bugs out yet.

Only AT&T knows for sure. I'd suggest calling their customer service/tech support line.

Ive had 2x where the update was available but it would never finish and then tell me to check back in 24hrs...now it just says I'm up to date but still running 4.2.2.. But I'm holding off still..to many issues with it from what I'm reading. (I'm in NJ also)

Exactly what happened to me last night
Update available started download then it stopped after 5 minutes saying up to date check back in 24 hrs
Still 4.2

This happened twice in the past week
The last time it started the update then a message said please wait connecting to DM server, watever that is, then stopped again still running 4.2.2
Been working going to Att this week when im off see wats going on
