Hi guys been reading this thread for a while.
My thoughts
where shall I start hmmmm.....
Well for one with the ongoing pandemic going on life priorities have changed for many of us and upgrading to the new Note 20 series is the least of my concern.
Having said that I bought the Aura Glow Note 10 Plus 5g 256gb on day 1 after selling off my Samsung Galaxy 10 Prism Green 512gb to finance it lol. This is my 1st phone in a while that I have kept for a whole year so far and not felt the itch to upgrade
. Feeling satisfied that this is the most complete package Android device I have ever owned. I look at the unique Aura Glow colour from time to time and its just oozes beauty and class to me and there's nothing from the leaks that gets close to this shade of colour (sorry me thinking the colours this year look kinda of dull this year compared to last year expect for the mystic green kinda intriguing but that's me being subjective and biased green being my favourite colour 
).
Anyways the price is also increasing year on year and based on the specs leaked how much more longer can Samsung justify this strategy. I wont start on the Exynos processor fiasco which is unforgiveable. If we paying for a premium phone then we should get premium experience no ifs and buts from the OEM. No exclusives for this market or that country. End of.
I might wait out until the reviews start coming through but what will be more interesting is what design language or drastic changes we can expect to see if any for 2021 for the next Galaxy S series giving us a good indication of the future of the Note series.
On a final note I am hoping maybe just maybe if the Samsung galaxy Fold could incorporate the S pen and or the Samsung Galaxy Flip could be more useful then I could change over.
Anyways enough of what I've said good luck to you all
and looking forward to hearing from you who intend to jump onto the next Note bandwagon.

Yeah, but when I read the article it doesn't sound like it's 100 percent and still a rumour.

The title of the article starts out with the word rumour and when I read the article it doesn't leave me confident. I hope for the International folks it's true but I would not buy the Exynos without knowing for sure. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

And that's one of bummers of the Note 20 Ultra... the revised rumor that it won't get the second gen FPS.
I've always have problems with FPS... mobile or non mobile like companies and gov't buildings. My prints are so thin naturally super difficult to pick up. The only sensor I've been ok with were the capacative sensors like the iPhones had. Their FaceID works great on my iPad Pro. Honestly I wouldn't mind side mounted capacitive sensors on the frame that few manufacturers still use.
Sonic sensors being more secure than optical?? Who knows... in mobile application they can adjust the accuracy and consistency by lowering the match points to bare minimum if they need to. Who knows if they even are compliant to a standard?? More secure doesn't matter if it doesn't work consistently and you have to go alternate like pin or face often.
In my experience with the 8, my FPS sucks... but odd... when I set apps to use fingerprint login... works almost all the time on all apps compared to locking phone. hmm...

Going from S10+ to Note. I was considering going with the Note 10+ instead in that Aura Glow, it's so pretty. But I figured since it was so close to the release of the Note 20, I would wait and see. I have heard a lot of people say the Note 10 is one of the best phones they have owned.

From what I've read, the new Note 20 Ultra phone will be even larger than the Note 10+ phone. My Note 10+ already bulges from my front trouser pocket. I can't imagine having a larger phone. I really don't need a larger phone. But the alleged flat screen sounds appealing.
