I can't get the process to start, when it says List of devices attached mine never shows up. I tried plugging my phone into the front and back usb ports. usb debugging mode is on and its on charge only. I restarted 2 times and battery pulled one last time. Still doesn't show my phone


EDIT turns out I forgot HTC sync, getting that now. Also the first link to download it brings me to a porn site. lol

Or you could pull the SD card and xfer the files to it using a card trader. Then, boot into cwm and do all you want.

Trying to root my T-bolt and I can't even get past the first step on installing HTC sync. I downloaded the file setup_3.0.5517.exe on my PC and when I try to run it, it pops up with an error "Only part of a readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory request was completed". I deleted it and redownloaded it with the same result. I'm running windows xp SP3. I also tried running it with the t-bolt plugged into the back usb port with usb debugging on. Please help!

I downloaded the htc sync from softpedia and it worked great and I am now rooted. Just gained about 2.5Mbps using wireless tether for root! Wooohoooo.
