Backup using Samsung Account error.

Hi,

Backup via Samsung Account Issue.

Up until recently I've had no issues creating a back up with my Samsung Account on the s7 edge.

At the moment it's failing citing a server error.

I've tried removing and re adding the Samsung Account and restarting my phone with no improvement.

Any advice greatly appreciated
 
I'm guessing they must be doing some major upgrade on the system or something because I still can't restore anything
 
I am having the same problem. Contacted Samsung and they advised removing account and clearing cache. None of which helped. Just waiting for them to get back to me now as they've passed my problem to 'another department'.
 
I think they have a major issue and not saying to be honest I've had no contact from the UK support center
 
Samsung U.K. Twitter support suggest using a computer and smartswitch.

Nothing like circumventing the original question !! :(
 
This is what I've had from Samsung.

We're currently investigating this issue and we'll get back to you as soon as we have an update. ^CW
